1. Is Flosam a Government school
Answer: Flosam is a Private school which is Accredited by Nursing and Midwifery Council of Ghana and Affiliated to University of Cape Coast.
2. Which programs do Flosam run
Answer: Flosam currently runs two programs: Diploma in Public Health Nursing and BSc in Nutrition.
3. What is the cut-off grade for admission
- The applicant must have credits or better (A1-C6) in 3 core (English, Mathematics, and Integrated Science) and 3 elective subjects (Science, Agriculture, and Home Economics)
- SSSCE holders MUST have credits or better (grades A-D)

4. Is Flosam Accredited
Answer: Yes, Flosam is fully accredited by the Nursing and Midwifery council. (see www.nmc.gov.gh)
5. Is admission still opened
Answer: Yes, admission is still in progress for the 2023/2024 academic year.
6. Will Government post students from your school
Answer: Government posts students who have graduated from accredited institutions. Flosam is part of the accredited institutions, so our students have assurance of being posted after graduation.
7. Do the school provide food for students
Answer: No, students prepare their own food.
8. Which certificates do students receive after graduating from Flosam
Answer: Students get three certificates after completion. That is, they get a certificate from the Nursing and Midwifery council after passing the licensing examination, a certificate from the University of Cape Coast, and also a certificate from Flosam Institute of Nursing, Midwifery, and Allied Health Sciences after passing all their courses.
9. Does Flosam do degree Nursing
Answer: Not yet, we are in the process of getting accreditation and affiliation to start BSc General Nursing and BSc Public Health Nursing.
10. Does Flosam do Midwifery
Answer: Not yet.
